Once in a while, you stumble upon a book that resonates with you, that grabs you and doesn't let you go, that makes you feel seen in a way you hadn't before. This is that book for me.
Stories about rape survivors exist - I've read some of them. Stories like this one? About the brutal and bloody revenge of a survivor? It's the first time I've read one like it. Definitely worth reading my review, if you ask me.
