I haven’t posted my May TBR yet – which isn’t that big of a deal since it’s all about mood reading so I shouldn’t even have one! – but my wrap-up is here! Might be a bit behind on writing reviews though so.. sorry about that? I’ll catch up eventually, haha!

O.W.L.s I GOT DURING THE READATHON

Those are the O.W.L.s I got with the books I read. This pretty much means I’m only missing Divination and Transfiguration! Which is a pity because I really was looking forward to reading Scythe.. I keep postponing on that one for some reason? Eventually though!

Look at that! I’m actually still behaving? For now? I have to admit.. I’ve been way more tempted by book boxes since setting up my book buying rules.. But that’s probably because I’m rarely going out to buy myself anything lately and that way I can still get myself some surprise gifts? I don’t know, haha.
I read a lot more than I anticipated. I also still feel like I’m in control of buying new books so that’s a win! I do miss browsing bookstores though.. Maybe there’s a splurge coming sometime soon? [I’m trying not to use our three year anniversary and Mother’s Day as an excuse to go all out..]

10 books is awesome Kathy!! And it’s so great to see that all of your reads were 3 stars or higher! It’s always so nice whenever we happen to pick up books that are mostly enjoyable! Haha. If you’re in the mood for it, I would highly recommend picking up Scythe soon! It’s fantastic! Happy reading! 🙂

I think your three year anniversary and Mother’s Day is a totally perfect excuse to go book browsing/book buying, lol. I didn’t participate in the O.W.L.s Readathon, but I think I would have probably ended up passing most or all of the classes. I mean, I read 19 books in April, so I probably completed all of the prompts. Haha. Clearly I can read so much because I don’t yet have a child. My May TBR is probably a bit too ambitious, but I’m going to attempt it anyway. We’ll see what happens. It’s like 6 books that are 400-500+ pages…and I already know I’m going to end up just randomly adding other books to that list. Gotta love mood reading.
