READING CHALLENGE ~ MONSTROUS MARCH 2019

March

I have no clue.. Am I present? Am I not? Did I give birth already? Am I still waiting for the little wiggle to make his entrance? Well.. Although I don’t know the answer to those questions at the time of writing this post, I do know it’s time to announce the next monthly challenge! See, me not knowing whether or not I’ll be here, doesn’t mean the reading has to stop! At all!

So.. Time to introduce you – or reintroduce to the people who joined last year – to Monstrous March, a month of reading monstrous books! You can honestly view this whatever way you like. Personally, I’d go with thriller / horror / suspense novels but if those aren’t your jam at all, feel free to go with books that are monstrous size-wise! Should you need a reason to pick up some tomes and all..

Rules
◊ Post a blog post / Tweet / comment / whatever saying you’ll be joining me!
You can also join our Goodreads-group, Devour Your TBR, and participate there. Just saying.
◊ Share your list of monstrous books that you really want / hope to read during March.
◊ If you’re sharing your updates on social media, use #MonstrousMarch so we can follow up on each other!

Important
It isn’t necessary to dedicate the whole month to my challenges. I know not everyone likes reading one genre all the time, so feel free to switch as you usually do! Reading only one novel that fits the time is plenty to be able to commit to this challenge! It’s a low pressure reading challenge after all.

Participants
◊ Me, of course! Hopefully?
◊ YOU?

Are you going to participate?
Any books you immediately think of that would fit this challenge perfectly?
Are you going with thriller / horror, or rather with tomes?
Or maybe you see another way to fit “monstrous” in this challenge?

  1. I have The Stand on my TBR for March. It’s is monstrous in length! I will probably join your challenge simply because of that :p …. I tend to read horror and thrillers anyway, so the rest of the month’s TBR should also fulfill your challenge.

  2. I’m definitely in as 78% of what I own are mystery/suspense/thriller type books. 😀 Hope you are well and the little one is here and happy!
