TTT: I’d be in HEAVEN if I got my hands on these books RIGHT NOW.

Top Ten Tuesday

Since I skipped TTT last week, I could hardly skip it again this week! Especially since it’s a topic we are all pretty happy with. Although.. I don’t know.. This kind of reminds me of all the waiting I’m having to endure right now and there’s nothing fun about that. I hate waiting. I’m simply impatient. It’ll never change.

TTT general

Anyway! Today’s topic is “Books I’d slay a lion to get early” and there are definitely some books like that I’m eagerly waiting for! Although I’m not sure about the lion killing-part.. I don’t want to kill a lion? I don’t even want to come that close to a lion to make killing it a possibility?!

On the Come UpQueen of Air and Darkness (The Dark Artifices, #3)Kingdom of Ash (Throne of Glass, #7)Smoke in the Sun (Flame in the Mist, #2)
Rage (Stormheart, #2)Kingdom of the Blazing Phoenix (Rise of the Empress #2)What If It's UsThe Wicked King (The Folk of the Air #2)

I’m really enthusiastic about Kingdom of Ashes. I’ve yet to read Tower of Dawn, but I can already tell that the wait will be torture! Apart from these, I’m also eagerly -very eagerly- awaiting Wildcard by Marie Lu and Children of Virtue and Vengeance by Tomi Adeyemi! There aren’t any covers for those yet, though.

What’s your most anticipated release right now?

    1. Haha, I was expecting to see those on a lot of lists anyway. They’re all hyped authors and / or sequels so I couldn’t see anything else happen for this particular TTT-topic.
Oh, trust me, it isn’t one of mine either! I hate waiting with a passion!

  1. Yeah no killing of lions for me, but Wildcard is one of my more anticipated reads of later this year, and The Wicked King (after I read cruel Prince of course!)

    1. THANK YOUUU. I was trying to “slowly” incorporate the new graphics last week but apparently people still caught on, haha. I should’ve known nothing would escape the eyes of bookworms. 😛
Yess! All the diverse books. ❤ And fantasy. ❤ I need more in-my-face diverse fantasy.

    1. Roar was the first book from FairyLoot I actually picked up and read, so I just need the sequel. That and I loved the whole concept with the storms, haha.
The Wicked King was everywhere! [I’m only now catching up on comments – eeks..]
