There’s been a ton of stuff happening lately, so I thought it wouldn’t be bad to make a bit of a recap for both you and me.
Let’s take a look at all the plans I have for both you and me!
But first a whooptiedoo for almost reaching 450 followers!
As promised, there’ll be another giveaway when I’ve reached 500!
My post for the Christmas Card Exchange went up yesterday, so if you haven’t yet.. Definitely check that out! I’m so pumped to organize the whole thing and can’t wait to find out how many of you are joining in.
Currently we’re at 11 participants and a total of about 43 cards? So this is going good!
OWNtober has started! I’ve read four of my own books by now, so I’m already calling it a success, haha. Haven’t joined yet? There’s still plenty of time to do so!
Yes, I know, that banner is actually kind of ugly but I’m such a noob when it comes to things like that…
Next month will be dedicated to catching up on those challenges and reading goals we’ve set ourselves throughout the year! Remember November is the month for that. Especially since we have an extra month after that to read those final books and maybe – hopefully – reach every single goal!
I’ll have the actual post up on Monday!
Then we’re on to Diverse December to read some diverse books, doh!
I’ve already updated my page with monthly challenges, so if you’re curious what I’m planning for 2018 you can already have a look.
I’ve noticed some people claiming not being able to dedicate a whole month to a certain challenge, so I thought it important to mention this:
You don’t need to dedicate the entire month towards the challenge. We all have TBR’s up till the moon and back. It’s a challenge in itself to say that you’re going to read at least one or two books for a certain theme. You can still join that way!! Don’t let it stop you!
As soon as I get home from work and get some of my chores done, I’ll be starting the #GetGraphic Readathon! Death Note, here I come!
So, what are your plans? Joining in any of my challenges? Thinking about it? Contemplating it? Just doooo it!

Wow you have already read 4 books for OWNtober!?!? I have barely made it into my one and only book.

I’ve been reading like crazy it seems, haha. I’ll probably slow down a bit now. Although I just read 5 volumes of Death Note – but some people claim those don’t count as “actual books”.
Pretty sure my October Wrap-up will be over the top, haha.
But don’t worry! We all read at our own paces. 😀

yay recap!! i finished one book for #owntober but i am working on the second right now. the weekend is coming and i have no plans other than chill at home and read, so we’ll see how my reading goes 🙂
i’ll definitely will be reading some books for #remembernovember, but first owtober hahaha 😀
and i am soooo happy about the christmas card exchange!!! my post will be up tomorrow – wohoooo

I’ve seriously been flying through them. I guess it does show when you get to read what you feel like reading, haha.
I do have some plans *ugh* but since it’s manga’s.. I’m sure it’ll be fine, haha.
Indeed! OWNtober is going to decide my biggest goal for November since I need to get down to 100 on my TBR.. Or.. at least try to..
Yaaay! It’s going to be such a puzzle to get everybody linked to one another and stuff, but.. it’ll be so much fun, haha! [Also can’t forget to add myself.. ><]

how many tbr books do you have currently?

My Goodreads-shelf says 133.. But it counts the Death Note box with 12 manga’s as 1. Same with my Game of Thrones box.. :’)

Death Note will be added correctly while I’m reading them. As for the Game of Thrones ones.. They don’t have a barcode on them to scan D:

I might be half giving up on that goal; but definitely not giving up on OWNtober though, haha! And maybe, by the end of October, it’ll be doable after all and I’ll get my motivation back? *fingers crossed*

That IS my goal for the end of the year.. but OWNtober was like the biggest stepping stone for it. Of course I didn’t think of all the books I’d already ordered that still have to arrive. STILL. I’ve only received two parts of the ToG-series and there are four or five other books on its way as well and and and.. Kill me now.
