Hi Munchworms!
Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine and gives us a chance to show off the books we are really looking forward to.
There’s just one book that I’m really looking forward to and that’s being published September 26th!
Scream meets YA in this hotly-anticipated new novel from the bestselling author of Anna and the French Kiss.
One-by-one, the students of Osborne High are dying in a series of gruesome murders, each with increasing and grotesque flair. As the terror grows closer and the hunt intensifies for the killer, the dark secrets among them must finally be confronted.
International bestselling author Stephanie Perkins returns with a fresh take on the classic teen slasher story that’s fun, quick-witted, and completely impossible to put down.
Is there another book coming out during the upcoming week that I should know about?
Tell me! Because my TBR isn’t huge enough, you know. It needs at least a hundred books more before I’ll call it problematic…
[No, it doesn’t matter that my boyfriend already claimed that fifty books ago.]
Kathy
I want to read this in October! Lol.

Well, I know I’m looking forward to my copies of One Dark Throne, A Poison Dark and Drowning, and Moxie to arrive–they all came out Sept 19, and I’m looking forward to The Language of Thorns, and An Enchantment of Ravens, which come out Sept 26.

I wanted to add some of these to the post, but completely forgot about it – blaming the road trip and my brain not being up to speed to “no vacation”.
The Language of Thorns is definitely one I want to read! Moxie as well.
Hope you enjoy them when you get them!

Curious to hear what you think about this when you get a chance to read it! I really didn’t enjoy it for a number of reasons, but mostly because it wasn’t what I was hoping for. I’ve never read any of her other books, but I know they’re quite different.

Haven’t read any of her books either; and honestly haven’t read a lot of reviews on it yet. Maybe I should do that and see how different it is, haha.

That’s exactly what I’ll be having when I finally get to IT.. All the lights on and – probably – even some candles in case the electricity should fail and leave me freaked out even more, haha!
