Summer Book Tag

Hi Munchworms!

You may have noticed, but I’ve been trying to do a tag once a week for a while now. I’m not going to create a fixed “Tag / Award day”, I just really want to keep up with them since it’s always an honor to get tagged by fellow bloggers!

This time, I’m doing the Summer Book Tag, which I was tagged for by Alex @ Coffeeloving Bookoholic! So thank you for tagging me, even though I’m posting this a bit late, haha!

What covers makes you think of summer?

The Summer of Hopes and Dreams

Pretty sure this one is obvious, haha! It just oozes summer, even if you ignore the “Summer” in the title!

What book has brightened your day?

Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Horrible Things

You don’t even have to read it to have this book brightening your day. Admit it, that cover made you laugh as well, didn’t it?!

Find a book cover with yellow on it.

The Undomestic Goddess

It’s the only book with a yellow cover that I’ve read this year, oh boy!
Thought: maybe I should make a cover-color challenge for next year?

What’s your favorite summer beach read?

Once and for All

Reading this question, this book immediately popped into mind. I remember liking it, thinking it was a great moment to read it at the time – and it was a hot, summery day!

What action book had you running for the ice cream man?

Convergence (Winter Solstice, #1)

As I mentioned in my review, this is one of those books that has you tumbling from one situation into the other which made it so hard to stop reading!

Sunburn: What book has left you with a bad and/or painful ending?

The Notebook

I was a baby. I cried; so much. I’m not apologizing either.

Sunset: What book gave you the happiest feelings when it ended?

36 Questions That Changed My Mind About You

The ending of this book was so sweet!

What book cover reminds you of a sunset?

Chasing Red (Red, #1)

What is one book or series you hope to read this summer?

A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1)A Court of Mist and Fury (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #2)A Court of Wings and Ruin (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #3)

I’ve read A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury so far. So I’d say I’m doing well to read these books by the end of the summer!

If you want to do this tag, consider yourself tagged!
