TTT: Hidden YA gems

Hi Munchworms!

The Broke and the Bookish hosts Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly meme where we drown all of you in our top ten of a certain theme. This week it’s all about hidden gems in genre of our choosing.

Honestly, I went with YA because that’s what I read most, but I’ve done things a bit differently and went mostly with books that I read years ago and still remember liking. In my opinion, that kind of counts as hidden gems since we all have the tendency of picking up more recent books instead of older ones.

As usual, every picture is the link to Goodreads so you can read the blurbs and add them to your TBR if you like!

Poison Study (Study, #1)Lips Touch: Three TimesStorm (Elemental, #1)Unearthly (Unearthly, #1)Hearts Lie (Undying Love, #1)White Cat (Curse Workers, #1)How I Magically Messed Up My Life in Four Freakin' DaysAngel (Angel, #1)Eon (Eon, #1)Unspoken (The Lynburn Legacy, #1)

Are there any other – older? – books you would add to this list?

  1. Of your list I read Eon and it was an okay read for me. I had too high expectations for it probably. I still have Unearthly on my shelves to read. I hear such mixed things about it.

  2. Poison Study and Unearthly look really good! A friend just gave me a copy of poison study that I hope to read soon. Great list!!

  3. Unearthly 💓 I would add Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause on the list – it’s an old YA (1990s) about werewolves before werewolves were popular and it’s so good!

    1. Haha! Ever since I made this post and it was waiting to be scheduled, I saw Poison Study pop up once in a while; never before that! Guess it isn’t really that hidden after all.. But still!

[And that means you can read 9 blurbs and maybe add all of them? Mhaha!]
